Little items done for party nights, instead of a boring cake fancied it up a bit for a friend at university and for a university Mardi Gras made this hat in an hour from a box of bits and bobs and a glue gun both in an hour. I had many girls after my hat. Just examples of my screw keep it simple make it cool attitude. Up the budget, materials and equipment the same wanting to make things cool comes into play only more professional.

This is just a mini project nothing special just a silly hat.
I uploaded as was popular at the time, a hat made from limited materials in an hour for a fancy dress Mardi Gras Student Club Night.
Just an example of creativity where I ended up with the best, biggest and most complex hat of the night with many wanting have it so I uploaded.
Never been into the concept of keep it simple, sounds like keep it boring and dumb. I prefer if you are going to do something try and do your best and go for the wow, cool, innovative, original , terrifying, grossest, soppiest etc.
The same mentality you see in the snow sculptures, the dragon cake and why I want a position where I can take this attitude and drive to a far more professional level and create far better work having learned new skills on the job.
